No. Hosting is included with no monthly fee. You pay your domain directly to your registrar (in your name) and, if you sell through a gateway, your provider charges its per-sale fee. Both are spelled out in the proposal.
Included support covers adjustments and defects for 15 or 30 days depending on the level. Afterwards you can request quoted change batches or the optional care plan from RD$950 a month.
The build, yes; the gateway is a contract between your business and your provider (Azul charges 4% to 6% per transaction and requires a local tax ID). Without one, the store can run on confirmed bank transfers or payment links.
