How do Essential and Complete differ?+
Essential is a concise single page, with one revision round and 15 days of delivery support. Complete organises more content in up to three pages, with two rounds and 30 days of support. Features and limits are agreed in writing.
When can I review my website?+
Usually five business days from the agreed start, with complete content and the deposit received. Availability, revisions and launch are coordinated. Catalogs, stores, systems and photo or video production have their own timelines.
What is paid after the build?+
Care is optional and its coverage is agreed for the website. Domain, email, payments, compute and other external services are specified per project. Technical management and additions have their own scope. Your domain is paid to its provider. Care is agreed by tasks and responsibility; you can manage your catalog without it.
Is the design tailored to my business?+
Yes. We design around your identity, your services and what your customers need to find. Essential and Complete both include custom design for mobile and desktop. Content and features are defined in the proposal.
What does delivery support cover?+
Revisions and delivery support follow each package’s limits. Stores and systems retain a 60-day warranty for defects in delivered work. New features and ongoing care are agreed separately.
Can I commission a larger system?+
Yes, when the scope can be defined and sustained. We first review processes, integrations, data, migration and responsibilities. The starting price is not a universal fee for any system.
