Scope and decisions
Content, features, price, revisions and exclusions before building. An uncertain need is scoped before a final proposal.

Versions to review
Design and features are checked in a working version. Each delivery should be reviewable without relying on an explanation.

Access and continuity
The proposal identifies code, data, accounts, backup and responsibilities per project. Ongoing management has defined tasks and limits; handover does not imply permanent free support.
